At Principal Financial Group as a Director of Product Management, I lead a team of product managers overseeing our secure web and mobile app experience, as well as the virtual assistant experience for 17M US customers and realized cost savings of $3.5M with an improved OSAT score of over 10%.
At RobustWealth as a Director of Product Management, I was responsible for the product strategy and delivery of all advisor and asset manager-facing applications. My team successfully launched our next generation Advisor platform under a narrow timeframe while building an improved, scalable, and more responsive experience and doubling AUM within 12 months of its release.
At Envestnet as an AVP of Product Management, I served as the product manager improving Envestnet’s proposal generation, fiduciary solutions, insurance products, and client-facing documents.
